“TMF School Program” Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the TMF School Program, an initiative promoted by TMF Hub Srl, organiser of the Tour Music Fest – The European Music Contest.

Art. 1 – Introduction

The TMF School Program is a promotional collaboration initiative aimed at music schools, academies, associations, teachers, and professionals operating in the music education sector, with the goal of promoting artistic training and encouraging students’ participation in the Tour Music Fest and related educational activities.

Art. 2 – Definition of Partner

The entity joining the program, hereinafter referred to as the Partner, may be a school, academy, association, teacher, or professional operating in the field of music education.

The collaboration does not include territorial exclusivity and does not prevent the Organisation from establishing similar collaborations with other entities, including those operating in the same city, province, or region.

Art. 3 – Program Participation and Partner Code

Following registration in the TMF School Program, the Organisation will assign the Partner a unique identification code.

The code must be shared with interested students, who will enter it during the Tour Music Fest registration process. The code allows the Organisation to correctly associate artists with the Partner and verify whether the thresholds established by the program have been reached.

The Partner may also periodically send the Organisation a list of enrolled or interested students in order to allow accurate verification of the association with the Partner Code.

Artists who register without entering the Partner Code will not be counted for program purposes, unless otherwise verified and approved by the Organisation.

Art. 4 – Definition of a Completed Registration

For the purposes of this program, a completed registration associated with the Partner refers to the registration of an artist who:

  • registers for the Tour Music Fest;
  • correctly enters the Partner Code during registration;
  • completes the first required stage of the registration process;
  • is eligible to continue the participation process;
  • is correctly associated with the Partner in the Organisation’s systems.

The Organisation reserves the right to verify the correct association of artists with the Partner.

Art. 5 – Partner Obligations

The Partner agrees to promote the Tour Music Fest and the TMF School Program correctly and consistently with the information provided by the Organisation.

The Partner may:

  • inform students about the opportunity to participate in the Tour Music Fest;
  • share promotional materials provided or approved by the Organisation;
  • promote the initiative through its website, social media channels, newsletters, or internal communications;
  • include, where possible, a banner or reference to the Tour Music Fest on its website;
  • communicate the Partner Code assigned by the Organisation to students;
  • comply with the registration and artist association procedures communicated by the Organisation.

Any content using the Tour Music Fest name, logo, official materials, or image must be approved in advance by the Organisation.

Art. 6 – Organisation Obligations

The Organisation agrees to:

  • assign the Partner a unique identification code;
  • provide graphic materials and digital promotional content;
  • provide an organisational contact person for Partner support;
  • verify registrations associated with the Partner Code;
  • apply, where applicable, discounts and benefits linked to achieving the thresholds established by the program.

Art. 7 – Discounts Reserved for Associated Artists

Upon reaching 2 completed registrations associated with the Partner, students subsequently registered using the Partner Code will be entitled to a €10 discount on the remaining balance of the Tour Music Fest registration fee.

The discount will be applied during the payment of the remaining balance, according to the procedures communicated by the Organisation.

Upon reaching 11 completed registrations associated with the Partner, students associated with the Partner Code may benefit from a €20 discount on participation in the City Music Camp.

Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be guaranteed if the Partner Code has not been entered correctly or if the artist’s association with the Partner cannot be verified.

Art. 8 – Partner Benefits

Based on the number of associated artists, the Partner may access the following benefits:

From 2 to 5 associated artists

  • possibility of group scheduling for students, subject to event planning;
  • possibility, where permitted by daily organisation, to attend students’ performances during Live Auditions;
  • dedicated TMF tutor for organisational support.

From 6 to 10 associated artists

  • dedicated discounts for students participating in City Music Camp;
  • reserved access to online masterclasses organised in collaboration with Berklee College of Music and Tour Music Fest coaches.

More than 40 associated artists

  • two free participation coupons for City Music Camps, each worth €299, to be assigned to students selected by the Partner;
  • any additional promotional or educational benefits to be agreed directly with the Organisation.

All benefits are subject to verification of associated registrations, organisational availability, official schedules, activity capacity, and confirmation by the Organisation.

Art. 9 – Communication with Students

The Partner agrees to communicate the project correctly, transparently, and consistently with the official Tour Music Fest regulations.

The Partner may not guarantee, promise, or imply to artists:

  • advancement to the next stages;
  • artistic results;
  • privileged access to selections;
  • prizes;
  • preferential treatment not provided for in the official regulations.

Artists’ participation remains subject at all times to the official Tour Music Fest regulations and the artistic evaluations of the Organisation.

Art. 10 – Promotional Materials and Use of the Trademark

The Organisation may provide the Partner with graphic materials, promotional content, and useful guidelines for communicating the project.

The Partner agrees to use only materials provided or approved by the Organisation. The use of the Tour Music Fest name, logo, and image must be carried out correctly, consistently with the project, and without damaging the Organisation’s reputation.

Any improper use of the trademark, promotional materials, or information relating to the Tour Music Fest may result in suspension or termination of the collaboration.

Art. 11 – Confidentiality

The conditions reserved for the Partner, internal operating procedures, non-public information, and materials not intended for public distribution shall be considered confidential.

The Partner agrees not to publicly disclose details regarding discounts, benefits, internal procedures, or organisational methods not authorised by the Organisation.

Art. 12 – Duration, Suspension, and Termination

Participation in the TMF School Program is valid for the current edition of the Tour Music Fest.

Any renewal for future editions must be confirmed by the Organisation.

The Organisation reserves the right to suspend or terminate the collaboration in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, improper use of the trademark, unauthorised communications, or behaviour that may damage the image of the Tour Music Fest.
