TOUR MUSIC FEST 2024 Grand Finale – DECEMBER 1

The grand finale of the 16th edition of the TMF marked the conclusion of Europe’s largest music contest, featuring high-quality musical performances, mentoring with industry professionals, and live shows on the stages of San Marino.

The 16th edition of the Tour Music Fest – The European Music Contest – concluded on Sunday, December 1, at the Little Tony Hall in Serravalle, Republic of San Marino, with the announcement of the winners in each competition category and the proclamation of the Artist of the Year 2024.

Since 2007, this music showcase and internal competition has brought together around 180,000 aspiring singers and musicians, including renowned artists such as Ermal Meta, Mahmood, Loredana Errore, Renzo Rubino, Federica Carta, Ariete, and many others. Over eight days, the best new European music took center stage with more than 60 events, including performances, masterclasses, and training sessions, culminating in the announcement of the winners in one of the most attended editions ever.

More than 29,000 artists from 12 nations participated in the auditions, and 650 advanced to the European finals in San Marino to compete at the Titano Theater and Little Tony Hall. They performed under the scrutiny of an exceptional international jury, including Kara DioGuardi, Maestro Beppe Vessicchio, Ensi, Mazay DJ, Paola Folli, Annalù, and other renowned and experienced professionals.

On the night of the grand finale, the 20 best emerging music artists came together for a spectacular show, realizing their dreams and igniting the San Marino arena with their energy, passion, and determination.

The Artist of the Year 2024 was awarded to Justine Mayer, who earned the title thanks to her ability to move and captivate both the audience and the jury. Justine Mayer impressed everyone with her extraordinary voice and stage presence, delivering an emotionally intense and captivating original song.

Among the numerous prizes of this edition were scholarships offered by Berklee College of Music, the production of an EP, a music video, and the opportunity to record at Abbey Road Studios in London, a historic temple of global music. Adding even more value to Justine Mayer’s dream was the opportunity to participate in the semifinals of Una Voce Per San Marino, a competition that offers a direct ticket to Basel, Switzerland, from May 13 to 17, to take part in the grand finale of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, showcasing her music to over 160 million viewers.

The event was made possible thanks to the support of the State Secretariat for Tourism and the Tourism Office of the Republic of San Marino, in collaboration with partners such as Riunite, Berklee College of Music, Today, Briidge App, and Inspired Nation.
