For the sixteenth edition of the Tour Music Fest, the collaboration with Berklee College of Music is being renewed and expanded, becoming even more integrated thanks to the opportunities offered by digital platforms, with the goal of providing participants with the best musical education in the world.
Berklee College of Music, the most prestigious music university globally, offers top-tier academic and artistic development programs at its campuses in Boston (Massachusetts, USA), Valencia (Spain), New York (USA), and through its distance learning program, Berklee Online. Each year, Berklee reaches dozens of countries, bringing its educational excellence to the world. Its global approach to training and talent scouting has allowed the university to build a rich and diverse student body, with over 40% of students coming from more than 100 countries. Tour Music Fest is proud to be part of this global experience.
The excellence and commitment of Berklee’s faculty in artistic education are demonstrated year after year by the successes of its students and staff. To date, over 300 Berklee-affiliated artists have received a GRAMMY®, more than 100 have won a Latin GRAMMY®, not to mention dozens of Emmy, Tony, and other prestigious awards.
“The opportunities with Berklee represent an extraordinary chance for growth for the artists of TMF 2024, and this has always been the festival’s mission,” said Gianluca Musso, General Director of Tour Music Fest. “I would like to thank Jason Camelio, Assistant Vice President for Global Initiatives, and the entire Berklee team for working with us to make this possible. Berklee College of Music is recognized as the most prestigious music university in the world, and it is an honor for us to be part of the Berklee Global Partners network.”
Since 2018, Tour Music Fest has been part of the Berklee Global Partner Network, a network of excellence in the field of music and music education that unites the world’s leading musical institutions and organizations with the goal of developing innovative educational synergies and experiences.
“Tour Music Fest offers a truly unique experience, with education, mentorship, and artist empowerment at its core. Whether you are taking courses or competing with Europe’s top talents, this experience will transform you. The partnership between Berklee and Tour Music Fest allows us to reach musicians of all levels and areas of expertise,” said Jason Camelio.
